The Google Directory listings of Literary Contests combines fee and free Writing Contests. Remember that Fantasy fiction is not Science Fiction, but is more fantastical and less technical. Star Trek would be an example of Science Fiction, but Lord of the Rings is an example of Fantasy fiction. Stories up to 10,000 words, rated PG-13 to R. Deadline is apparently ongoing.
